Fullstack developer

Description
Developing and maintaining full-stack business applications, including improving an existing packaging platform and building a new HR management application from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and extending an existing packaging industry platform (TypeScript, React, Redux, NestJS, Material UI, Prisma, SQL), focusing on application performance, stability, and usability.
- Optimizing API endpoints and data fetching by introducing pagination and reducing unnecessary data transfers.
- Investigating and resolving user-reported issues and delivering improvements based on business requirements.
- Taking ownership of the technical setup and development of a new HR management MVP (TypeScript, React, TanStack Query, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Turborepo), including architecture, technology selection, and repository configuration.
- Planning development tasks, preparing effort estimates, and presenting progress through stakeholder demos.
- Managing application deployments and coordinating feature delivery.
Achievements
- Independently developed approximately 60–70% of the HR platform's MVP functionality across frontend and backend.
- Established the application's technical foundation using a Turborepo-based monorepo and a modern full-stack architecture.

- Maintaining and enhancing a car marketplace platform after its initial MVP release, implementing improvements and resolving issues.
- Developing a music and merchandise sales platform for artists, combining content management, audio streaming, and e-commerce functionality.
- Designing and implementing REST API endpoints, including payments, content publishing, streaming access control, and order management.
- Building an SSR-based frontend using React Router and a shared component system.
- Implementing automated tests and collaborating with stakeholders on feature development.
- Presenting demos to the client.

- Took ownership of the music and merchandise platform's development lifecycle, from architectural decisions through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Implemented music streaming functionality and integrated MedusaJS to support merchandise sales.
